Return Policy

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition with the tags attached for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will process your refund to the payment method used in the original order. All promotional purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchange. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!

*Please note there will be a $8 shipping and restocking fee for refunds.

*Make sure to only use our pre-paid return labels so we can make sure to track your stuff. We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own.

 

To make an online return, please follow these easy steps:

    1. Contact us by hello@mimosacollective.com and we will initiate the return process. Print the shipping label we send you.
    2. Place your item(s) in the reusable shipping bag or box
    3. Tape the shipping label to the outside of the package and make sure that the barcode portion of the label is visible 
    4. Find a closest USPS location and drop off your package
    5. We’ll refund you within 3-5 business days of receiving your package and send you an email when this transaction has taken place

    Return from the Postal Service

    If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery or incorrect address, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded and you will need to create another order again. You will not be refunded for the postage as we have incurred the cost sending you the order.

    Exchanges 

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Faulty Items

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send in a picture of the faulty product within 60 days from purchase and we will take care of it quickly.

    Final Sales Items

    Pouches, or items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.

    Pre-Order items

    For all pre-order sales, delivery dates are estimates only as the product is still yet to be manufactured. You agree that you are purchasing a product which will only be delivered once it has been produced and that you will be notified via email when your product has been dispatched. All refunds are available only if the orders have not been processed and shipped.
